The Chicago Bulls will play the Detroit Pistons tonight in Auburn Hills. Chicago enters the game down one game to none in this second round series. Finding and fixing the problems that showed up in the first game will be the top priority of the Bulls’ coaching staff.
According to Bulls head coach Scott Skiles, Chicago just can’t match up well with the Pistons. Said Skiles yesterday, “It’s a difficult team for us to match up with because they’re bigger than us at every position on the floor and at some positions, they’re more athletic also. That’s why we have to play our effort, energy game, because sometimes those things can neutralize that.”
As it was on Monday, the Bulls couldnt keep up with the Pistons at any position. Outside of several overnight growth spurts, the Buls will probably have a similar time defending the Pistons tonight. Hopefully, the Pistons will come back down to earth, and the Bulls can play like they did against Detroit in the regular season when they won three of four match ups.
